RETURN POLICY AT AN NHIEN AGARWOOD COMPANY LIMITED

To help you feel secure in choosing products from An Nhien Agarwood Company, we would like to inform you of the detailed PRODUCT RETURN POLICY as follows:

1. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE – RETURN

The system accepts Exchanges and Returns within the specified time and in accordance with Exchange and Return regulations.

– For Agarwood Incense products:

+ Agarwood incense does not guarantee a natural fragrance, causing discomfort to users (compare publicly sold samples).

+ Product packaging and specifications are not as publicly disclosed.

– For the group of Agarwood handicraft products, including: Agarwood bracelets, beads, agarwood landscapes:

+ If you detect counterfeit, fake, poor quality goods, or goods of incorrect origin.

+ Wrong commitments, and inaccurate product information.

– For the group of Incense Burning Tools: including materials from Wood, Ceramic, Metal:

+ Broken during transportation to the user.

+ The product is defective or does not work exactly as specified.

– For the group of Incense Burners: agarwood powder, agarwood pieces, agarwood for house burning:

+ Return after checking the sample from the company.

2. EXCHANGE – RETURN TIME

Calculated from the date of purchase (at stores in the system) or the date of receipt (when purchasing online)

Burning incense Agarwood powder, agarwood pieces, 03 days Allowable consumption is 2 pieces/box. Excess usage will be deducted from the selling price.

3. RETURN PROCESS

3.1 Cross-exchanges are applicable across all Tram Huong An Nhien stores:

Customers can return or exchange at any store on the system, when purchasing directly or online, except for orders at the Agarwood An Nhien Dealer Store system.

3.2 Market Place (Agarwood An Nhien products sold on Market Place sites):

+ According to the return policy of Market Place sites (Lazada; Tiki; Shopee, …)

+ Please contact Market Place’s Customer Service department for detailed instructions

Note:

In case of RETURN of products:

Customers have the right to return the product and receive 100% of the amount paid in cash at the Agarwood An Nhien store or by bank transfer if the customer purchases online.

Note:

– Online: (customers send images or products to the online warehouse)

+ Products due to manufacturing defects: all shipping costs for return are paid by Agarwood An Nhien

+ Other reasons: all shipping costs are paid by the customer.
